SAME 2026 STEM/Engineering & Construction Camps
SAME’s STEM/Engineering & Construction Camps are back for 2026! High school students can explore, build, and lead through immersive experiences supported by the SAME Foundation and led by professionals from the military and engineering community.
Campers will dive into dynamic activities such as…
- Operating drones and remote-controlled submarines
- Using survey equipment
- Constructing & racing cardboard boats
- Building concrete beams
- And much more!
Camp highlights include:
- One-week overnight camps held in June and July
- Lodging & meals includes
- Range in cost from $100–$800
- Hosted at six locations nationwide
- Open to rising juniors, and seniors (must be at least 15 years old)

- SAME/U.S. Army Camp – Vicksburg, MS, June 7–13
- SAME/U.S. Air Force Academy Camp – Colorado Springs, CO, June 21–27
- SAME/U.S. Marine Corps Camp – Camp Lejeune, NC, June 21–27
- SAME/U.S. Navy Camp – Jacksonville, FL, June 21–27
- SAME/U.S. Navy Camp – Port Hueneme, CA, July 19–25
These camps are more than summer fun—they’re launching pads for future education, leadership development, and career opportunities in STEM. Campers gain confidence, friendships, and unforgettable memories while learning teamwork, project management, and problem-solving skills.
