SAME Space Coast Post is hosting the 2026 Small Business Industry Day & Federal Contracting Workshop in Cocoa Beach, Florida on February 19, 2026 at the Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach Oceanfront.
Agencies confirmed to attend include the following:
- SLD 45 (SB/CES/CONS/SD)
- NAVFAC SE (ROICC/SB/CON)
- NASA/KSC (SB)
- Florida National Guard
- US General Services Administration (GSA)
- Canaveral Port Authority
- U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce
The following agencies have also been invited: USACE Mobile, USACE Jacksonville, MacDill AFB.
NOTE: There is NO GUARANTEE of agency attendance at this event. Proceeds support the Post’s Scholarship fund, and organizing the Industry Day and Industry Day social. Registration is non-refundable. Registration fees can be used towards future Space Coast Post meetings as long as we are notified of registration cancellation by Friday, February 13, 2026.
REGISTRATION CLOSES MONDAY, FEBRUARY 16th, or sooner if the event is sold out.
Tentative schedule is as follows:
- DOORS Open at 9:30am
- Open Networking is from 9:30 to 10:30am
- Program is from 10:30 to 1:00pm
- Lunch is from 1-1:30pm
- Open networking and one on one is from 1:30 to 3:30
